NICHOLS, Sandra – Of Burton, age 62, died Sunday, August 25, 2013 at Hospice House of Shiawassee County. A Memorial Service will be held 5p.m. Friday, August 30, 2013
at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint. Cremation has taken place.
Visitation 3:30p.m. Friday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Contributions may be made to Hospice House of Shiawassee County, 2005 East Copas Road, Owosso, MI 48867. Sandra was born in Clio, MI on July 20, 1951.
Surviving are companion, Kirk Tolliver; daughters, Julie (Jim) Rusaw and Erica Boger;
grandchildren, Kirsten Herdrich, Derek Coers, Sarah Rusaw and Emily Rusaw;
sister, Pat Huston; brothers, Jim and Ron Nichols; many nieces nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
COMFORT
Another leaf has fallen,
Another soul has gone
But still we have God’s promises

For He is in His Heaven
And though He takes away
He always leaves to mortals
The bright sun’s kindly ray.
He leaves the fragrant blossoms
And Lovely forests, green,
And gives us new found comfort
When we on Him will lean.
