McLeod, Kevin S., lifelong resident of Flushing, age 59, died Monday, July 29, 2019. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, August 3, 2019, at Rossell Funeral Home. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Thursday and 12-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to University of Michigan-Rogel Cancer Center.
Kevin was born in Flint, Michigan on March 8, 1960, the son of Bruce and Bobette (Polaski) McLeod. He married the catch of his life, Annette Everett on December 6, 1989. Kevin earned his Master of Science Degree from University of Michigan-Flint and was employed by Flint Community Schools as a Science Teacher. He enjoyed traveling, but his greatest passions were golfing and fishing, especially fly fishing and fly tying. He was an avid reader and loved absorbing as much information as he could. Above all, Kevin was a true friend to all.
He is survived by his wife, Annette; mother-in-law, Theo Everett; sisters-in-law, Diane McLeod, Judy McLeod, Teresa (Dick) McComb, Elena (Jim) Partlow, Marie (Tom) Williams, Michele (Doug) Walker; three brothers-in-law; several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Bruce, Randy and Brad McLeod.
