Amie, Dan Thomas age 65 of Grand Blanc, passed away May 27, 2016 in St. Louis, MI. Funeral service will be held 2:30 pm, Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at the Crestwood Mausoleum, 2020 Hills Rd., Grand Blanc, MI. Burial with Honors in Crestwood Cemetery. Family will receive visitors at the cemetery mausoleum from 11:30 am until time of service Tuesday. Dan worked and retired from General Motors after 30 years of service, loved listening to music, especially Blues and Rock-N-Roll, he was an United States Army Veteran and enjoyed golfing. He is survived by his wife of 29 years Lynn, siblings Jan(Kearby) Burgess, Betty Amie, nephews, sisters-in-law Dianna Hanks, Karen Shobert, brother-in-law Tim(Pam) Hanks, step-mother Pennie Amie, and mother-in-law Norma Hanks. Dan was preceded in death by his parents Tom and Norma and father-in-law Marvin Hanks.
