Berkley (Berk) W. Rogers of Flint age 53 went to be with the Lord May 9, 2016. Funeral service will be held 11 am Saturday, May 14, 2016 at the Christian Apostolic Church G-6350 Fenton Rd., Flint. Family will receive visitors from 5-8 pm Friday evening May 13, at the church. Private burial in Meadowview Cemetery. Pastor Larry Spooner officiating. Berk was born January 21, 1963 in Winston Salem, NC. He was joined in marriage to Dorothy Bland on April 8, 2006. Berk worked with drywalling until he became disabled the last several years. He leaves his wife Dorothy, mother and stepfather Mavis and Verlin Ray, 2 brothers Leonard (Annie) Rogers Jr. of Mt. Morris, Mi, Larry (Lois) Rogers of Hillsville, VA, sister Becky Ray of Flint, 2 stepsisters Tina Dear and Tami (Dan) Vasher of Mt. Morris, MI, mother and father-in-law Bud and Judy Bland and brother-in-laws Jim, Bill, Ralph (Vicki)and many nieces and nephews. |
