CLARK, Robert - Of Flint, age 88, died Friday, July 19, 2013
at Fostrian Manor.
Funeral service will be held 10am Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at Lamb of God Church, 2051 West Maple Ave., Flint,
Reverend Paul M. Boerger officiating.
Burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Lamb of God Church Building Fund.
Visitation 6-8pm Monday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road. Mr. Clark will be at the church 9:30am Tuesday until the time of the service.
Robert was born in Flint on September 20,1924. On September 13, 1947 he married Barbara Pavich in Flint and she preceded him in death in 2010. Robert retired from McDonald Dairy. He was a member of Lamb of God Church and volunteered in the church office and also belonged to the Men’s Bible Study. Robert also enjoyed golfing.
Surviving are children, Bobbie and husband David Emerick of Kansas, Edward Clark and partner Richard Almendra of California;
3 grandchildren, Amy Moddesette, Rebecca Warren, Scott Emerick;
9 great-grandchildren;
sisters-in-law, Mary Piecek of Flushing, Helen Adams of Florida, Agnes and husband Mel Howell of Flint;
many nieces and nephews;
special friends, Charles Wilbur and Jean Baird.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara.
