STEVENS, Francis “Frank” III – of Clio, age 21, passed away December 9, 2018 in Dubai. Funeral services will be held 11AM, Saturday, December 22, 2018 at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Cremation to follow. Full military honors will be conducted under the direction of the United States Navy. Family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Friday from 11AM until 8PM and on Saturday from 10AM until the time of service at 11AM. Memorial contributions may be made to the Veterans Administration.
Frank was born August 11, 1997 in Flint, Michigan to Francis and Annette (Miller) Stevens Jr. He graduated from Clio High School in 2015. Frank enlisted in the United States Navy. He was currently serving as a communication specialist in Dubai. Frank was a previous member of New Covenant Free Methodist Church in Clio. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, racing, and Jujitsu. Most of all, Frank loved wrestling and spending time with his family.
Surviving are: Parents: Francis and Annette Stevens; Grandparents: Francis “Papa” and Julia “Grandma” Stevens Sr., and Mike “Grandpa Mike” Reynolds and Diane “Nana” Moore; Sisters: Brianna Stevens and Brandi Terburgh; Brothers: Steven Miller, Justin (Nicole) Stevens, Joshua Stevens, Daniel Schwab, and nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
