Knorr, Denise R. – of Clio, age 60, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 27, 2024, at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 11AM, Thursday August 1, 2024, at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Pastor James Marcus to officiate. The burial is to take place at a later date. The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, at the funeral home from 1PM until 8PM and on Thursday from 10AM until the time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help pay for funeral services.
Denise was born April 10, 1964, in Flint, Michigan, to Dennis and Helen (Bryant) Jones. Denise enjoyed music and singing. You could find her shopping, especially thrift shopping. More than anything she loved her family and had the biggest heart. She was a caring and giving person by nature. A wonderful wife, mom, grandma, sister, and friend who will be greatly missed.
Surviving are: Children: Jeff (Jessica) Knorr, Tiffany Walker, and Kimberly (William) Long; Grandchildren: Katie Knorr, Kayleigh Knorr, Kelsey Knorr, Emily Knorr, Jacob Long, Tristen Walker, Alyssa Knorr, Joshua Long, Justin Ellis, Kaitlyn Knorr; Mother, Helen Jones; Siblings: Marilyn Kaufmann, William Jones, and Lisa Jones; Sister-In-Law, Jennifer Knorr; Brother-In-Law, Gerald (Tammy) Knorr; Several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Timothy Knorr; Father, Dennis Jones; Brothers: Gary and Michael Jones; Mother-In-Law, Virginia “Jeanie” Knorr; Father-In-Law, Lester “Duke” Knorr.
