ROBINS, Lloyd James - Age 77, of Swartz Creek, died Wednesday, March 12, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 12:00PM, Monday March 17, 2014, at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Visitation will be held 11:00 - 2:00 and 4:00 to 9:00 PM Sunday and 11AM until the time service on Monday. Those desiring may make contributions to Cancer Relay for Life Shiawassee County.
Mr. Robins was born May 22, 1936 in Swartz Creek, MI , the son of the late Armond and Donna (Perry) Robins. He married Jane Kittle in Las Vegas, Nevada on November 4, 2010. Lloyd graduated from Swartz Creek High School Class of 1954. He retired from A.C. Spark Plug with 33 years of service. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a little league coach in Swartz Creek for many years.
Surviving are: wife, Janice "Jane" (Schmidt Kittle) Robins of Swartz Creek; children, Howard and Laurie Robins of Grand Blanc, Tammy Robins and Fiance' Terry of Flint Township, Larry Robins and Fiancee' Terri of Rochester, Scott Robins of Swartz Creek; step-daughters, Shannon Brooks and Kathy Linzey; 8 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; brother Karl and Tammy Robins of Durand.
