BIRMINGHAM, Frank – Of Grand Blanc, age 70, was called home to be with the Lord on Monday, December 26, 2016 at MediLodge of Montrose.
Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, December 29, 2016 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor David Chittenden officiating.
Burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation 9:30 a.m. Thursday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Those desiring may make contributions to Great Lakes Baptist Temple.
Frank was born in Frankfort, Germany on March 20, 1946, the son of Anna and Ewell Birmingham.
He was a member of Great Lakes Baptist Temple and faithfully attended for over 57 years.
Frank’s first love was the Lord. Being profoundly deaf since birth, he is now whole. The first voice he heard was that of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Surviving are brother, Les (Dianne) Birmingham;
sister, Trudy Koffman;
several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Anna and Ewell Birmingham and sister, Angelika Barrow.
The family is extremely grateful to the staff at MediLodge for the special care and love they showed Frank during the past 14 months.
