Elizabeth V. Muckenthaler, age 89 of Flint, formerly of Prescott, passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2019. She was born February 14, to parents Michael and Millie (Yelich) Muckenthaler. Retired from General Motors and proud member of UAW Locals 326 and 599. Parishioner at St. John Vianney Catholic Church and also a member of the Legion of Mary, Altar Society, and World Apostolate of Fatima. She was also a hospice volunteer and lover of cute little dogs. Elizabeth is survived by her brother, Edward “Ted” Muckenthaler, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by siblings: Mary Sheehan, Illena “Lena” Scruggs, William “Bill”, Paul, Michael, John, Joseph, and Russell Muckenthaler. A funeral service will be held at 1:30pm on Friday, December 6, 2019 at Hill Funeral Home, 11723 S. Saginaw St., Grand Blanc with Deacon Anthony Verdun officiating. There will be a Rosary Service on Friday at 11am, immediately followed by visitation until the time of service. Interment at Richland Township Cemetery in Prescott, MI. |
