BAILEY, Minnie I. “Peggy” – Of New Hampshire, formerly of Flint, age 83, died Monday, September 23, 2019 at Ascension Genesys Hospital.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, September 26, 2019 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Reverend Jeff King officiating.
Burial in Crestwood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
Visitation 10 a.m. Thursday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Minnie was born in East Prairie, Missouri on February 11, 1936, the daughter of the late William and Marie (Ellis) Youngblood.
She married Floyd C. Bailey and he preceded her in death on February 7, 2002.
Surviving are children, Clayton (Karen) Bailey and Theresa (William) Feldmann;
grandchildren, Justin (Tori), Jeremy (Lexi), Jessica Bailey, Edie, Joel and Isaac Feldmann;
great-grandson, Andrew Bailey;
brother, William (Jill) Youngblood;
sister, Ora Lee (Al) Richardson;
several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her; brother, James Cole; sister, Doris Schuetz and daughter-in-law, Beth Bailey.
