FOSTER, Michael David - Age 26, of Byron, died Wednesday, October 26, 2016. Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, October 30, 2016 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Sunday from 12-3 PM. Graveside service will be held 4:00 PM Saturday, November 5, 2016 at Fairview Cemetery, Linden. Those desiring may make contributions to the Michael David Foster Memorial Fund, c/o Sharp Funeral Homes.
Michael was born June 14, 1990 in Flint, the son of Matthew D. Foster and Amy J. Collins. He attended Byron High School. He had resided in the Byron area most of his life. Michael's dad was a member of the Baron's Motorcycle club out of Gaines, and the membership accepted Michael as part of their extended family. Michael was truly a friend to all, with a heart of gold. His friends were always "his family." He loved motorcycles, trucks and anything with a motor! He will be sadly missed by his mom, and all who knew him.
Surviving are: mother, Amy Collins of Byron; grandmother, Joyce Foster of Brethren; uncles, Douglas and wife Cheryl Collins of Mancelona and Dave and wife Susan Gilbert of Brethren; aunt, Nancy Bateson of Gaines; cousins, Brycen Collins, Greg Gilbert, and Carol Gilbert.
