COLEMAN, Joyce Ann - Age 77, of Fenton, died Wednesday, July 31, 2019. Services will be held 2:00 PM Monday, August 5, 2019 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Deacon Ron Kenney officiating. Visitation will be held Monday from 12 PM until the time of the service. Those desiring may make contributions to Adopt-A-Pet, 13575 Fenton Road, Fenton, MI 48430.
Joyce was born October 17, 1941 in Detroit, the daughter of Walter A., Sr. and Laura L. (Prusak) Zajac. She married Lamar M. Coleman June 26, 1971 in Allen Park. She had resided in Fenton since 1976 coming from Brownstown Township and Allen Park. She was a computer operator for the government and was a waitress at the Oasis Truck Stop in Hartland for many years. Joyce enjoyed bowling and spending time with her family.
Surviving are her husband, Lamar; children, Lynn (David) Freeman of Linden, Barbara Robinson of Fenton, and Marc Coleman of Fenton; grandchildren, Brady, Gabrielle, Chase, Ashley, Erica, Cassandra, and Cody; brother, Larry (Barbara) Zajac of Cadillac; and nieces and nephews.
