Ferrell, KC - Age 91, of Grand Blanc, died December 13, 2017. Services will be held 1 PM Monday, December 18 at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Those desiring may make contributions to the KC Ferrell Memorial Fund. Arrangements are being handled by Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. KC was born March 29, 1926 in Cullman County AL, the son of Alcie and Elsie (Brooks) Ferrell. KC was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in WWII. He married Marcella Eubanks on March 18, 1950 in Flint; she preceded him in death April 27, 2016 . He retired from General Motors in 1988 with over 30 years of service.
Surviving are: children Sharon (Robert) Welch of Grand Blanc, Paula Ferrell of Burton, Cynthia (Gerald) Eads of Clio, Richard (Donna) Ferrell of Denton, MD, Gary (Mary Ann) Ferrell of Pasadena MD, Jeffrey Ferrell of Flint; 12 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Marcella; three brothers; three sisters; and grandson Richard "Bo" Welch.
