Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing at 2 p.m. Pastor Kimmie Montgomery officiating. Interment River Rest Cemetery, G-4413 Flushing Rd. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the funeral home 1:30 p.m. Saturday. Ms. Thornton will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, and may be viewed from 2-8 p.m. Friday.
