JAMES, Steven W. – of Flint, age 35, died Thursday, August 4, 2016 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Monday, August 8, 2016 at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Montrose. Chaplain Steve Hittle officiating. Burial to follow in Flint Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2-8 PM and on Monday from 11 AM until time of services at 1 PM.
Steven was born December 11, 1980 in Flint. He resided in Montrose area his entire life. He had attended Hill-McCloy High School in Montrose. Mr. James was employed for several years at Creek Auto as a mechanic. He was a member of model car clubs. He enjoyed working on cars. He had a great sense of humor and was a great impressionist.
Surviving are: his cat, Buddy; Parents: Wayne (Denise) James of Montrose, Wendy Smith of Flint; Brother, Scott (Rochelle) Crawford of Swartz Creek; Step Grandmother, Alice Duchene of Davison; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
