WALKER (BOYER) Theresa Ann
Of Clio, passed away at home at age 78 on April 14, 2017. Anchored by her faith in Christ, she lived a long and fruitful life as a daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was affectionately known as Mimi to all of her grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 20, 2017 at
the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Reuben Garcia officiating.
Cremation will take place following the service.
Visitation 12-3 p.m. and 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Visitation 11 a.m. Thursday with a Rosary being prayed at 12 p.m. at the funeral home.
Theresa was born on May 15, 1938, daughter of Orville and Leona (Lenhart) Boyer.
Theresa will be greatly missed by her husband of 58 years, Tony; 4 children and their spouses; Renee and Chris Brinks, Bryant and Tracee Walker, Anthony and Billie Jo Walker, Scott and Jill Walker; grandchildren Taralyn, Jacob, Eric, Kristen, Joshua, Christopher, Nicholas, Hannah, Emma, Daniel, Elisabeth, Sarah, Paul, Miriam, Eli, and great-grandchild Jaynie. Her surviving sisters and brothers and their spouses; Marie, Sharon, Nancy, Susie and Gerry, Sue, Terry and Joanie, Leon and Joan, Armand and Rosemary, Gerald, Jim, Ralph and Sherry, Gary and Judy, Barbara, and many nieces and nephews; their spouses and their children. Preceded in death by her son Douglas, brothers and sisters; Alan Boyer, Bonnie and Burt Stocker, Sandy Boyer, Rita Walker, Alex Pallagi, and Harry Walker.
Theresa loved her family immensely and never missed a party. She loved all of her children and grandchildren so much, and will be missed dearly. She has passed to her true home in Heaven with her Creator and Savior. God Bless you Theresa Ann Walker.
