McKEE, Jack - Of Flint, age 77, died Thursday, August 11, 2011 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Funeral service will be held 1p.m. Monday, August 15, 2011 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 402 South Ballenger Highway, Flint,
Pastor Steven R. Maske officiating. Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Paul Lutheran School. Visitation 1-4p.m. and 6-8p.m. Saturday and 1-4p.m. and 6-8p.m. Sunday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint. Mr. McKee will be at the church 12noon Monday until the time of the service. Jack was born in Flint on October 17, 1933 and was a resident of Flint all his life. On March 24, 1956, he married Marilyn Selle. Jack was a member of Flint Auto Dealers Association. Mr. McKee owned and founded The Music Man Pawn Shop. Jack also served in the National Guard. He owned and raced cars at Auto City Speedway. Jack was also an Elder at St. Paul Lutheran Church. Surviving are wife, Marilyn;
Children, Connie and husband Richard Schafer and their daughter Andrea and husband Timothy R. Bank, Kenny and wife Jan, Stephen and wife Stacey and Scott and wife Tara; 10 grandchildren;
2 great-grandchildren; Uncle, Bob Boyles;
Several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents T.O. and Gertrude, sister, Virginia Laski and brother-in-law, Al Laski.
