Delphine Mary West, 85, passed away peacefully on June 24, 2019. She was born on July 22, 1933 to Barry and Jennie Purzycki in South Bend, Indiana. Delphine married her husband, James L. West who died on July 5, 2014. She was a loving and skilled home maker, worked as a secretary for General Motors, served as a Eucharistic Minister at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Oscoda, Michigan, and served as a volunteer and Lake View Manor, Tawas, Michigan. Delphine is survived by her two daughters, Lisa (Roger) Packard and Laura (Scott) Adams; 2 grandchildren, Fawn (Matt) Phillips and Roger (Katherine) Packard; 4 great-grandchildren, Riley, Marin, Sarah, and William, brother, Raymond (Claudette) Purzycki, and many loving friends. Delphine is preceded in death by her husband James and sister, Geraldine Haskins. A Memorial Mass is scheduled for Friday, June 28, 2019~11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Oscoda, Michigan.
