GOYETTE, Leo Joseph “Joe” – of Vanderbilt, Michigan, age 67, passed away January 13, 2019. Cremation has taken place and services will be held at a later date. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project.
Leo was born in Flint, MI on September 10, 1951, son of Luke and Lucille (Small) Goyette. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy. Leo was a U.S. Postal Carrier and retired after many years of service. He loved bass fishing, golfing, hunting and had a passion for old cars.
Leo is survived by his mother, Lucille; brothers, Michael (Judy) and Dennis; sisters, Cherie Simmons and Anne (Louis) Koryciak; many nieces and nephews, as well as his good friends, Steve Holzworth and Petra Baldwin. Leo is preceded in death by his father, Luke and brother, Matthew “Toby”.
