Perkins, Ilah (Bell), 93, Clio MI, went to be with her Lord on April 24, 2020. A private family service will be held at O'Guinn Family Funeral in Clio on Monday, April 27, 2020. Pastor John Flanders of Landmark Baptist Church will be officiating. Burial will follow at the Montrose Cemetery.Memorial contributions can be made to Landmark Baptist Church Youth Group.
Ilah was born in Jackson, Mi. on May 2, 1926. She graduated from Midland High School in 1943. Ilah was married to Millard (Perk) J. Perkins on June 24, 1944 in Muskogee, OK. and they were married 73 years 10 mos. 11 days. Ilah worked at Dow Chemical Co. (Mich.) in Pay & Traffic Depts., JB Webb & Sea World of Florida. After Perk retired in 1977 they rebuild 54 totaled automobiles. She enjoyed her flowers and senior center activities. She was also actively involved in their local church. Ilah enjoyed reading, pencil puzzles and working outdoors.
Ilah is survived by sons Ron (Nancy) Perkins and Larry (Sheryl) Perkins, Grandchildren, Michelle (Matt) Long, Renee (Doug) Wilkinson, Jeremy (Rachel) Perkins, Breanna Perkins, Great Grandchildren, Brandan Ronk, Brittany Ronk, Zachary Wilkinson, Sydney Wilkinson, Riley Wilkinson, Benjamin Wilkinson, Jonathan Wilkinson, Niece Deanna Shipman and Nephew Bill (Patty) Darby, and other family and friends.
