Dorine Yvonne Furneaux, age 80 of Caro, passed away April 19, 2020, in the comforts of her home, surrounded by her family. She was born September 27, 1939, in Oxbow Lake, MI.
Dorine is survived by her children: Rick (Linda) Furneaux of Lapeer, Sharon (Mark) Oslund of Caro, Chico (Lynette) Furneaux of Lapeer, Chris Kenyon of Lapeer, Bob (Marie) Paul of Howell, Chuck (Ericka) Kenyon of Shelby Twp., Jeff (Christa) Miller Texas, Kirsten Senevey of South Caroline; Also many other foster children; grandchildren: Ricky Furneaux, Misty McKenzie, Jennifer Peterson, Danielle Peterson-Greganti, Tonya McClain, Bud McLain, Jeff Oslund, Erica Oslund, Lauren Furneaux-Bass, Michael Furneaux, Casey Kenyon, Michael Chisholm, Emma Chisholm-Faulkner, Briggs Chisholm; 22 great-grandchildren; sister: Joan Huffman of Commerce and best friend Chloe Walters of Zephyrhills, FL.
Preceeded in death by husband, Frederick Furneaux Sr.; daughter, Denise Fogarty; great-granddaughter, Lily Furneaux; brother, Robert Chisholm; parents, Chester and Ludivine Chisholm.
Arrangements for cremation have been entrusted to Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors - Capstick Chapel in Lapeer. A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held this summer. Memorial donations may be made to Justice For Lily, P.O. Box 312 Metamora, MI 48455.
