MOREY, Janet – of Burton, age 49, passed away January 5, 2016 at her residence. A Funeral Service will be held 10 AM Friday, January 8, 2016 at the Richfield Church of the Nazarene, 7524 E. Mt. Morris Rd., Otisville; Pastor Alan Duce officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1-8 PM Thursday at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison. There will be one hour of visitation prior to the service on Friday at church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Richfield Church of the Nazarene Children's Ministry.
Janet was born in Flint, MI on July 21, 1966, daughter of Elles and Ruth (Gearhart) Cox. Janet Cox married Bradley Morey on July 19, 1986 at Flint First Church of Nazarene. She enjoyed baking, cooking and working with kids. Most of all she loved being around her family and friends.
Janet is survived by her husband, Bradley Morey; children, Anthony and Jessica; brother, Ed (Donna) Cox; sister, Sue (David) Tripplett; many nieces, nephews and extended family.
