JAHN, Randy Lee – of Lapeer, age 60, passed away September 7, 2016 at his residence. A Funeral Service will be held 11 AM Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison; Pastor Greg Rowan officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be 12-8 PM Monday and 10-11 AM Tuesday.
Randy was born in Flint, MI on August 1, 1956, son of John E. and Sharon L. (Stratton) Jahn. He was a devoted son, father, grandfather and brother. Randy enjoyed singing, playing guitar and piano, hosting family pool parties and fishing. He served as praise and worship leader at Lapeer Assembly of God Church. His most recent hobby was riding his new Harley. Randy retired from General Motors Metal Fab and Truck and Bus.
Randy is survived by his son, Brian (Sarah) Jahn of Grand Blanc; daughter, Shanna Jahn of Olympia, WA; grandchildren, Daniel and Sydney; mother and step-father, Sharon Jahn-Hodge and Austin Hodge; siblings, Cynthia (Clifford) Thurlow, Steven Jahn, James Jahn, Kim Jahn; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, John E. Jahn; sister, Michelle Jahn; grandparents, Harold and Mary Stratton and Charles and Lola Jahn.
