Ms. Rachel Gray was born on January 3, 1971 in Flint, Michigan the daughter of Marvin Gray and Imogene Allen.
Ms. Gray was a member of Power of God Ministries. She received a bachelor’s degree in human services. She was a mother to all of residents of Flint, Michigan. She enjoyed taking care of people, spending time with family and hosting events.
