Leo H. Eigner Jr., age 72 years, passed away peacefully and unexpectedly Thursday, April 29, 2016 in his home. He was born to Phyllis and Leo Eigner, May 23, 1943 in Munger, MI. Leo met his wife Diana in Flint, MI and have been happily married for 44 years. He was a member of Saints Francis & Clare Parish, U.A.W. Local #659; and Knights of Columbus. Surviving family members include wife, Diana; five children: James (Lisa) Kirby, Tamera (Ted) Werth, Teresa (Ron) Taylor, Rebecca (Rob) Dinnan, and Melissa (Terry) Fouchea; five siblings: Donna (Russell) Herzberg, James (Nancy) Eigner, Kenneth (Marguerite) Eigner, Mary (Martin) Santhany, and Marge Eigner. Leo was predeceased by his sister, Carol Abeare. 11 grandchildren: Nathan, Justin, Christopher, Marci, Joshua, Chelsea, Lexi, Ron Jr., William, Samantha, and Savannah; 4 great-grandchildren: Levi, Kane, Penelope, and Hunter.
Visitation will be held at Saints Francis and Clare Parish, 12157 Church St. in Birch Run on Friday, May 6, 2016 from 4-8PM and on Saturday from 10AM until time of Funeral Mass at 11 AM.
