Smith officiating, host pastor, Superintendent Samuel Marsh. First Lady Marsh will lie in state Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at Civic Heights C.O.G.I.C. and may be viewed from 10:00am-6:00pm. The final resting place for First Lady Marsh will be Flint Memorial Park Cemetery, Mt. Morris MI.
