MEDLEY, Ann Marie (Smith) - of Lafayette, Indiana, formerly of Saginaw, Michigan, age 54, died unexpectedly, Thursday, September 7, 2017 at her residence. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service is scheduled 11AM, Monday, September 18, 2017 at St. Martins Lutheran Church in Birch Run, 10995 Canada Road. Pastor Jim Chinery officiating. Memorial contributions can be made to the family in Ann’s memory.
Ann was born March 1, 1963 in Saginaw, Michigan to John Smith and Vaune (Gerow) Barnett. Ann married Jon Medley on October 15, 2005 in Frankfort, Indiana. She enjoyed stained glass, and online shopping. Ann especially loved riding the Harley Davidson Motorcycle with Jon.
Surviving are: Mother, Vaune (Phillip) Barnett; Father, John (Maxine) Smith; Children: Robert Gonzalez, Jason Gonzalez, Erica Gonzalez and Kimberly (Josh) Peterson; Grandchildren: Noah Gonzalez, Dominick Peterson, Mallory Peterson, Alexander Gonzalez, Amelia Gonzalez, Caydence Sweat, Annabelle Gonzalez, Jason Ray Gonzalez, and Abagail Gonzalez; Brothers: Larry Koehn, Bob Koehn, Ed (Carrie) Koehn; Sister, Tammy (David) Fent.
