MORRIS, Marie I. - Of Flint, age 95, died at home peacefully in her sleep Saturday, April 21, 2018.
A private funeral service will be held.
Burial in Flint Memorial Park.
Contributions may be made to Fraternal Order of Police.
Visitation 4-8pm Thursday, April 26, 2018 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint.
Marie was born in Detroit, Michigan on January 5, 1923, the daughter of the late Roy and Violet (Berry) Snider.
Surviving are daughter, Violet Korhonen;
grandchildren, Kevin Korhonen; Charmaine (Ruben) Korhonen-Brooks; Eric (Marlo) Korhonen; and Heather (Tyrone) Korhonen-Guise;
great-grandchildren, Gibson, Cooper, Chardae, Colton, Casey, Selena, Olivia, Connor, Jillian, and Calvin;
great-great-grandchildren, Romeo;
and step-brother, Walter and Stephanie Morris.
She was preceded in death by her husband Larry; daughter Lucy and 7 siblings.
