Wheeler, Roseann, of Flint, age 91, died Tuesday, March 13, 2018, at her residence Sugarbush. Funeral services will be 12 noon, Monday, March 19, 2018, at Rossell Funeral Home. Pastor Rick Schmidt will officiate. Burial will follow at Crestwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 10 a.m. Monday until the time of the service at noon. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice.
Roseann was born in Flint, Michigan on January 2, 1927. She married William Wheeler on June 11, 1949, in Flint. He preceded her in death on March 14, 2010. Roseann was employed and retired from AC Spark Plug after 39 years. She loved her M&M’s and shared them with everyone. She loved her birds (Big Red) and squirrels that brought her so much joy. She was a member of Cornerstone Community Methodist Church.
She is survived by her son, Ronald E. and wife Sandra Wheeler; grandchildren, Jennifer (Anne) Barnhart, Jessica (Jon) Miskey, Alexander (Brian) Welch; four beloved great-grandchildren, Elliot, Ian, Jaycub and Jayson; brother, Frank and wife Ethel Tasson. The family would love to express they’re thanks to Cricket and her team at Sugarbush and Megan and the Heartland Hospice team for the loving care they gave Roseann.
She was also preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Lorraine Wheeler; brothers, Peter and Samual Savalli; sister, Angeline Bigelow; and her favorite pet Mr. Peppi.
