NARKUN, Mary Ann (Noble) - Of Flint, formerly of Dearborn, age 82, died Sunday, April 29, 2012 at McLaren-Flint.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. Thursday, May 3, 2012 at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 2415 Bagley Street, Flint, Father Thomas Firestone officiating.

Burial in Evergreen Cemetery.

Visitation 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint. A Rosary will be prayed 7 p.m. Wednesday evening at the funeral home.

Mrs. Narkun will be at the church 10 a.m. Thursday until the time of the Mass.

Mary Ann was born in Detroit, MI on September 27, 1929, and was a resident of Dearborn for many years before moving to Grand Blanc. On October 13, 1956, she married Clemens P. Narkun in Detroit and he preceded her in death on December 3, 1985. She was a member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church. Mary Ann was a vendor at the Flint Farmers Market for many years for Otto Liebold and Co.

Surviving are son, Randy and fiancé Melissa Brown of Sterling Heights;

daughter, Mary Ellen and husband Reese Anderson of Flint;

grandchildren, Jennifer, Jeffery, Victoria, Melissa and Amy;

great-granddaughter, Bailey;

and her cat, Spike.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Mary Frances Feick in 1988.
