HEYWORTH, Lillian Louise – of Davison, age 88, went to be with her Lord on April 29, 2013 at her home. A Funeral Service will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, May 2, 2013 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison; Pastor Leroy Cole officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8 PM Wednesday and 10-11 AM Thursday. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
Lillian was born in Lovells, MI on July 10, 1924, daughter of the late Michail and Louise (Pappenfus) McCormick. She married Robert Flint Heyworth on October 26, 1946 and he preceded her in death on June 22, 1997. Lillian attended Calvary Baptist Church, Richfield Church of the Nazarene, Mt. Morris Community Church and Grace Baptist Bible Fellowship. Her life centered around caring for her husband of 50 years and her children and grandchildren.
Lillian is survived by her children, Bill (Linda) Heyworth of Otisville, Bob (Kim) Heyworth of Grand Blanc, Sharon (Steve) Shelton of Burton, Mary Ann (Walt) Rutherford of Flint, Jim Heyworth of Flint, John (Kristine) Heyworth of Davison; 25 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by brothers, Don, Judd and Michael; sister, Marie.
