NELSON, Daniel - Of Flint, age 61, died Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at McLaren-Flint.
A Memorial Service will be held 3pm Thursday, August 3, 2017 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint.
Cremation has taken place.
Visitation 10am Thursday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Daniel was born in Flint on August 22, 1955, the son of Jack and Libby (Eastlick) Nelson. Daniel was a member of UAW Local #598. He loved to hunt, fish and spend time in the woods.
Surviving are daughters, Nicole Nelson and Danielle Nelson;
grandchildren, Connor, Dylan and Tristen;
brothers, Gary (Barbara) Nelson and Scott Nelson;
and nephews, Jeffrey Ostrander, Dennis Nelson and Michael Nelson.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
