Ruth Waters, age 88 o Grand Blanc, passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at her apartment in Grand Blanc American House following a lingering illness. She is survived by her husband, John W. Waters Sr.; daughter, Debbie Tate (husband Bill Tate) of Sunset, SC; son, John W. Waters II (wife Jana Groom Waters) of Goodrich; 4 grandchildren: Jake and Jenny Tate and Jack and Bryce Waters. A private memorial service will be held following cremation. |
