FORSYTH, Michele R. - Of Grand Blanc, age 48, died Thursday, July 23, 2015 at McLaren-Flint.
Funeral service will be held 11am Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Burial in Crestwood Cemetery.
Visitation 1-3pm and 5-8pm Monday at the funeral home.
Michele was born in Flint on October 23, 1966, the daughter of Glenn and Janet (Shaker) Cook. On September 8, 2001, she married Scott Forsyth and he preceded her in death on August 7, 2004. Michele worked for McLaren Home Healthcare. She loved traveling, especially to Florida, horses, and working with the elderly.
Surviving are children, Alycia Cook, Nicholas Long, Kaylee Forsyth, Makayla Forsyth and Kyle Forsyth;
parents, Glenn and Janet Cook;
many aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by brother, Daniel.
