MILLER, “Larry” Lawrence – Of Flint, age 74, died Sunday, January 21, 2018 at Hospice House of Shiawassee County.
Funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. Thursday, January 25, 2018 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor John Livengood officiating.
Burial in Flint Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice House of Shiawassee County or American Cancer Society.
Visitation 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Lawrence was born in Flint, Michigan on October 28, 1943.
On April 16, 2001 he married Karen Erickson.
Mr. Miller worked for Chevrolet for 30 years.
Surviving are wife, Karen;
sons, Jeff Bloss and Jody (Deborah) Bloss;
grandson, Jimmy Bloss;
sister, Marsha Courser;
nieces and nephews;
mother-in-law, Donna McGee and brother-in-law, Steve (Mary) Erickson.
He was preceded in death by his father, Wendell Hunt; mother, Neoma and Fred Miller and father-in-law, Jack Erickson.
The family extends a special thank you to the staff of Karmanos Cancer Institute, especially Stephanie and Wanda; Dr. Predeteanu; McLaren-Flint, 9th floor staff; ICU staff; McLaren Hospice, Rob and Tammy; Hospice House of Shiawassee County Jan; also dear friends in our neighborhood.
