SWARTZ-WODOWSKI, Barbara E. – of Burton, age 65, passed away Sunday, July 29, 2012 at Hurley Medical Center. A Funeral Service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison. Cremation will follow the service. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association or the American Diabetes Association.
Barbara was born in Byron, MI on July 21, 1947, daughter of the late Richard and Elena (Sprague) VanLoan. Barbara VanLoan married Ronald Swartz Jr. who preceded her in death on June 16, 2001. She then married John D. Wodowski. John preceded her in death on July 25, 2011.
Barbara is survived by her sons, Ronald (Tonya) Swartz III, John (Dana) Wodowski and Scott (fiancée, Michelle Evans) Wodowski; grandchildren, Shawn, Scotty, Aylaina, Samantha, Kayla, Victoria and Sylas; brother, Charles VanLoan; sisters and brothers-in-law, Joyce (Peter) Misale and Peggy (Bob) Eichorn; numerous nieces and nephews.
