Moreau, Marland E. 8/12/1925 - 2/22/2019 Flint, Michigan Marland Ernest Moreau, of Flint, age 93, died Friday, February 22, 2019 at Hurley Medical Center surrounded by loved ones. Marland was born August 12, 1925 in Escanaba the son of Ernest and Pearl (Shedore) Moreau. Mr. Moreau courageously served the U.S. Navy during World War Two and later worked for Prudential and General Motors. He was the patriarch of his family and beloved by many. Mr. Moreau is survived by two sons, Steven Moreau and Dale Moreau; daughter, Marlane Moreau Breedon (husband) Denny Breedon; sister in-law Mary Ann Moreau; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his wife Audrey Moreau in 2013, daughter Julie Moreau in 2009, son David Moreau in 1955, brother Donald Moreau in 2010 and sister Arlene (Moreau) Rusha in 2015. The funeral service will be 10:30 AM on Thursday March 7th at Holy Family Catholic Church in Grand Blanc, MI. Burial will follow at 2:00 PM at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, MI.
