HOGUE, Vieva – of Lapeer, formerly of Flint, passed away January 2, 2017 at Devonshire Retirement Village, Lapeer. A Funeral Service will be held 12 PM Thursday, January 5, 2017 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison. Burial will be in Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 AM until time of service on Thursday.
Vieva was born in Genesee, MI on August 30, 1920, daughter of the late Rex and Viva DeLand. She married Paul Hogue on November 29, 1958. Vieva loved bowling and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Vieva is survived by her sister, Margaret Detzler; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Paul; brothers, Keith, Robert, Stanley and Victor; sister, Wanda Sargent.
