NOLFF, Cheryl K. - Of Flint, age 75, died Friday, April 12, 2024 at Ascension Genesys Hospital.
Funeral service will be held 2pm Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at Grace Presbyterian Church, 1084 North Irish Road, Davison, MI 48423.
Reverend Harold K. Polk Jr. officiating.
Burial in Great Lakes National Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to the Genesee County Humane Society.
Visitation 3-8pm Tuesday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint, Visitation 1pm Wednesday at church until the time of the service.
Cheryl was born in Cairo, Illinois on March 3, 1949, the daughter of James Sr. and Blanche (Barnbrook) Greer. On February 17, 1995, she married Cecil Nolff. Cheryl was employed with Buick for 27 years, retiring in 2000. She was a member of Grace Presbyterian Church where she was very active helping in many capacities. Cheryl loved her animals and playing golf. She enjoyed reading crossword puzzles, game shows and spending time with her family and friends.
Surviving are husband, Cecil “Bud”;
Children, Dennis Knapp, Stacey (Mike) Lanctot, John Knapp, Kelly (Bob) Durst and Brian (Louise) Nolff;
Grandchildren, Josh (Shana) Gordon, Ryan (Lauren) Gordon, Justin Knapp, Kayli (Grant) Scott, Katelynn Knapp, Logan Gordon, Lilyana Knapp, Holly (Mike) Knopp and Michael (Kate) Lanctot;
14 great-grandchildren;
Brother, James Jr. (Susan) Greer;
8 brothers and sisters-in-law;
And several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Greer Sr. and uncle, Jerry Greer.
