Age 80 of Owosso passed away Thursday, April 14, 2016 at Hospice House of Shiawassee County.
Funeral Services will be held 11am Monday April 18, 2016 at Nelson-House Funeral Home with Lt. Jonathan Tamayo officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday April 17 from 2pm to 8pm.
Diana was born October 23, 1935 in Owosso, the daughter of Kelly W. and Minnie (Gray) Sutton.
She graduated from New Lothrop Schools.
Diana was a member of The Salvation Army Church.
She married Ronald DeLong Sr. on September 1, 1954 in Owosso.
Diana spent her life as a homemaker and worked for the Owosso Public School System.
Diana loved being outdoors where she liked to go hunting, fishing and snowmobiling. She also loved listening and playing music. Family was very important to Diana, she loved spending quality time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Diana is survived by her husband Ronald Sr.; her daughter Diana (Vic) Fuentes; her sons Ronald (Nancy) DeLong, Tom DeLong, Jason (Holly)DeLong; two sisters Barb and Wanda; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her parents and three brothers and one sister.
