HOWARD, William Judd, “Bill” age 81 of Clio, died Friday, December 20, 2019, at Ascension Genesys, with his family by his side. Funeral service will take place at 2:00 pm, Saturday, at Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Mt. Morris. Pastor Bruce Crockett will officiate with cremation to follow. Bill’s family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm and on Saturday, from noon until the time of service. Memorial donations may be directed to the family. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
