VAN HOVE, Mary A. – Of Flint, age 85, died Sunday, October 2, 2016 at Regency of Grand Blanc.
Visitation 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road.
A Graveside Service will be held at 1p.m. Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at Flushing Cemetery in Flushing, Pastor Ed Emmerling officiating.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Westside Church.
Mary was born in Unicoi, Tennessee on March 21, 1931, the daughter of the late Erful and Venie (Lyle) Wilson and was a resident of the Flint area most of her life.
On October 3, 1955 she married Bennie Van Hove and he preceded her in death on October 9, 1993.
Surviving are sons, Jim and wife Melissa,
Steve and wife Lori;
grandchildren, Stephanie (Nik) Stewart,
Aaron Van Hove and Kristin Van Hove;
great-granddaughter, Samantha Stewart;
several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by brothers, Don and his wife Sharlyne Wilson and Ed Wilson.
