Donald W. Schave age 76 of Lennon passed away Monday, April 4, 2016 at his home surrounded by his family. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Saturday, April 9, 2016 at Watkins Brothers Funeral Homes, Durand Chapel. Chaplin Joy Fletcher-Thompson will be officiating. Burial will follow to St. Joseph Cemetery in Gaines. Family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until the time of the service.
Donald was born October 9, 1939 in Harbor Beach, MI a son of Paul and Beatrice (Hunter) Schave. On June 21, 1958 he married Deanna Decker.
Donald is survived by his wife, Deanna Schave; daughter, Deborah (Douglas) Drury; grandchildren, Shannon (Steve) Doyle and Shawn (Sarah) Drury; and 4 great grandchildren.
