MILLER, Patricia M. - Of Grand Blanc, age 91, died Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at Genesys Regional Medical Center.
Funeral service will be held 11am Friday, July 29, 2016 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint,
Reverend Desiree A. Lawson officiating.
Burial in Flint Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Carriage Town Ministries.
Visitation 5-8pm Thursday at the funeral home.
Patricia was born in Flint on November 30, 1924, the daughter of the late Alexander and Alice McIntosh. She retired from GM Parts Division after 40 years of service. Patricia was a volunteer at Genesys Regional Medical Center. She was an active member of the Grand Blanc Senior Center. Patricia was a member of Trinity United Presbyterian Church, formerly Bethany Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are son, Dr. David L. (Janet) Miller;
grandchildren, Mark (Kristen) Miller, Michelle (Mark) Porter and Marcee (Shannon) Daly;
great-grandsons, Alex and Andrew Porter, Conner, Jack and Logan Daly;
sister, Alice (Jack) Blosser;
several nieces and nephews;
special friends since kindergarten, Eleanor Wogen and family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl J. Miller, brothers, Kenneth and Howard McIntosh.
