VAN CAMP, Annabelle Esther – Of Burton, age 87, died Thursday, September 27, 2012 at Genesys Regional Medical Center.
Memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Saturday, September 29, 2012 at Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Todd A. Biermann officiating.
Cremains to be interred next to her husband at Great Lakes National Cemetery at 2 p.m. Monday, October 1, 2012.
Those desiring may make contributions to Burton Senior Center.
Visitation 1 p.m. Saturday until the time of the service at 3 p.m. at the funeral home.
Annie was born in Volga, South Dakota on January 30, 1925, the daughter of John and Dagmar (Christiansen) Anundson.
On November 2, 1945 she married Jack D. Van Camp.
She was an active member of the Burton Senior Center. She loved to travel, dance, play cards and she especially enjoyed being with her family.
Surviving are daughters, Jo Ann (Douglas) Rodda,
Jackie (John) Pemberton and
Jean (Steve) Johnson;
son-in-law, Mark Morgan;
grandchildren, Todd (Jessica) Ferriby,
James (Patty) Ferriby,
Paul (Trina) Ferriby,
Jennifer (Sandy) Wright,
Amy (Brandon) Wells, Mindy (Adam) McCallum and
Rachel (Randy) Frost;
7 great-grandchildren and also survived by many loving and caring friends.
She was preceded in death by husband, Jack D., on November 11, 2003;
two brothers and one sister.
