BERRY, Glenn Louis - Age 60, of Swartz Creek, died Friday, December 6, 2019. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Monday, December 9, 2019 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Visitation will be held Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM and Monday from 10 AM until the time of the service. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Lung Association.
Glenn was born August 4, 1959 in North Little Rock, AR, the son of Harold and JoAnn (Webb) Berry. He was a veteran and retired from the U.S. Navy serving in Desert Strom and Desert Freedom. He married Christine Anderson October 8, 1988 in Davenport, IA. He has resided in Swartz Creek for the past 20 years. Glenn was employed for the past 20 years by Martin Aire as a Air Craft Mechanic. He was a member of the Durand Sportsmen Club. He enjoyed flying kites, target shooting, running, and traveling.
Surviving are: his wife, Christine; daughters, Jessica (Ricky) Hargraves of Virginia Beach, VA and Katelyn Berry of San Diego, CA; grandchildren, Harbor and Ronan; father, Harold Berry of Linden; sister, Lynn Marie (Mike) Daniel of Saginaw, TX; brother, Hal D. (Michelle) Berry of Canton, GA; and nieces and nephews, Mary Jo, Brandon, Darla, Natalie, and Gabriel.
He was preceded in death by his mother, JoAnn Berry; grandparents, Cleatus and Nellie Berry and Marie and Glenn Webb. The family wishes to extend special thanks to Chris, Stephanie, Addie, and Chase for all their care and support. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com. |
