Chan Timothy Fromwiller, age 48 of Lapeer, died suddenly on Tuesday, September 20, 2016. He was born on November 3, 1967 to Michael and Patricia (Smith) Fromwiller. Chan graduated from Lapeer East High School Class of 1986. He married Laura (Lufkin) on August 1, 1992 and they settled in Lapeer to raise their three children, Rachel, Renee and Jason.
Chan was a 25 year member of the Flint Plumbers and Pipefitters Union - Local 370 and was employed by Johnson and Wood Contractors.
He is survived by his parents, wife, children and siblings Michael (Jamie) Fromwiller of Clio, Kris (Wayne) Wilding of Lapeer and Trisha (Scott) Boyd of Lapeer. His in-laws include Jan and Dave Lufkin of Fenton, Cathy (John) Tremaine of Fenton and Tony (Anne) Lufkin of Evansville, Indiana. Also many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
Chan deeply loved all of his friends and family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Memorial contributions may be given to the family for the children's college fund.
A funeral service will be held at Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors - Capstick Chapel on Saturday, September 24th at 12:00 noon. Friends may visit on Saturday from 9:00 am until the time of service. Pastor Dan Berger will be officiating. Interment at Stiles Cemetery. |
