FRAPPIER, Robert D. – of Clio, age 85, died Thursday, June 14, 2018 at Cranberry Park of Clio. Funeral services will be held 11AM Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at the O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Pastor Ed Emmerling officiating. Burial in Flint Memorial Park. Pastor Ed Emmerling officiating. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Tuesday from 12PM until 8PM and Wednesday from 10AM until the time of service at 11AM. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Robert was born December 22, 1932 in Clio, Michigan to the late Jacob and Elta (Lovell) Frappier. He married Mildred Ann Tolfree on May 26, 1954 in Clio. Mr. Frappier was an engineer in the U.S. Air Force for 4 years. Robert was employed with Universal in Frankenmuth for 15 years and later retired from General Motors. He was also an Amateur Radio Operator. Robert enjoyed traveling, camping, and helping others any way he could.
Surviving are: Wife, Mildred Frappier; Sons: John Frappier, and David (Jeanne) Frappier; 4 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; Niece, Susie Watkins. Robert was also preceded in death by his Brothers: Merle, Lloyd and Richard Frappier; Sister, Marjorie York.
