COLEMAN, Juanita – of Clio, Michigan, age 76, passed away on Tuesday, March 4, 2025. A Funeral Service will be held at 12 PM on Monday, March 10, 2025 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison, Michigan 48423; UAW Region 1D Director, Steve Dawes officiating. Cremation will take place following the service. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service, beginning at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association.
Juanita was born in Flint, Michigan on November 29, 1948, daughter of the late Robert and Barbara (Caverly) Myers. Juanita married Jeff on December 7, 1990, in Flint, Michigan. She had a passion for gardening and was a proud Master Gardener. A talented and creative soul, she was an active member of the Genesee Star Quilters and enjoyed basket weaving. After dedicating 32 years to General Motors, she retired to focus on the things she loved most. Above all, she cherished her grandchildren and adored her three great-granddaughters.
Juanita is survived by husband, Jeff Coleman; children: Teresa (Dave) McGinnis, Lisa (Dennis) Shubitowski, and Jill Pias; grandchildren: Brennt (Kayla) McGinnis, Victor Shubitowski, William Shubitowski, Kaitlin Pias, Jack Pias, Virginia Pias; great granddaughters: Hazel McGinnis, Hadley McGinnis, and Harlee McGinnis; siblings: Tom (Debbie) Myers, Geraldine Mazza, Ramona (Joe) Thorpe, and Robert Myers; many other loving family members and friends.
